Only when Gavin stepped off of the ferry did he begin to feel the heat of the island, but as soon as he did, it didn’t feel like work anymore. As far as he was concerned, this was a vacation on the deserted tropical island of La Portchesca, a few miles east of the Virgin Islands. Gavin Macintosh was just seventeen, and getting to work with this mysterious director on a secret project was going to shoot his career up into the sky. They would be shooting in Backteach Bay, and all Gavin could hear whenever his agent said the name was the sound of waves crashing as he layed on the sandy shore. He ran his fingers through his light-brown hair, getting excited just thinking about it.

“Gavin, honey, the director is a bit of a hard ass,” his agent chewed her gum as she spoke, “He was very specific that I catch the next ferry off this island.” Gavin nodded. “This next one leaves in fifteen minutes. This is where I leave you, baby,” she gave him a tight embrace. Gavin felt the wind get knocked out of his lungs. She took off her sunglasses and lowered her voice. “Be safe. If you get lost or you get hurt, give me a call, honey, I’ll be on the next ferry over. I don’t care what the fancy-director-man says, okay?” she said.

Gavin pursed his lips. “Yes… I know…” he groaned.

She started to walk towards the ferry. “And try to enjoy yourself, too!” she called back to him. Gavin waved and smiled. I absolutely will, he thought. He turned around immediately noticed a large man in a suit holding a sign with three names, the first of which was his own. “Well, that was easy,” he said to himself.

Moments earlier, another boy stepped off of the ferry, green-faced and sweating through his clothes. His name was Bradley Steven Perry, fresh off of the small screen and ready to star in his first real movie. Perhaps it was the nerves, or the seasickness, or a combination of both that caused Bradley to lose his lunch on the boat several times. Either way, the poor young man could barely walk down the stairs with his luggage. He didn’t want to think about how his performance this week would determine the fate of his entire career. He didn’t want to think about how he didn’t even have a script. He didn’t want to think about how he would have to memorize his lines on the spot. As he reached the bottom of the stairs, he threw up one more time into a nearby trash can. He hoped it was the last time.

Bradley bid farewell to his agent, who gave him several antacids and Tylenol pills. As he walked down the boardwalk, he looked left and right for the director’s correspondent. He began to feel even more nervous as his search turned up empty. His head full of dark brown hair was burning hot in the tropical sunlight. Finally, his eyes settled upon a large man in a suit holding a sign with three names, the last of which was his own. He briskly walked over to greet him.

Moments before both boys left the ferry and joined the man, another young actor exited the ferry. Dressed in dark clothing with thick, dark glasses and minimal luggage, Joel Courtney wiped sand off of his black dress shoes before stepping down onto the cement walkway. He now realized in hindsight that he clearly chose the wrong clothing for the climate.

Getting to work for this enigmatic director was no dream come true for Joel. Of course, the secretive nature of the project was exciting, but Joel’s career didn’t need this. This was personal; a much needed break for the busy, young actor. He agreed to come without even seeing a script because of three things: the handsome salary, the beautiful location, and just how weird the director sounded. “Come alone, be physically fit, have a giant personality, shooting will only take one week.” It all sounded like easy money. Almost too easy.

Joel had abandoned his agent in back at the airport. He was a little jet-lagged and totally alone. After two flights, a ninety-minute layover in Ft. Lauderdale, and a shaky ferry ride, the boy hoped finding the director’s correspondent would be easy. Luckily, his eyes met the dark sunglasses of a large man in a suit holding a sign with three names, the middle of which was his own. “Perfect,” he said aloud.

The young actor approached the large man. “I’m Joel,” he said bluntly. The large man did not say anything at all. He merely turned around and opened the Jeep door behind him, gesturing for him to enter. The young actor put his bag in front of the man and stepped up into the open seat. As the man shut the door behind him, Joel quickly realized he was not alone.

“Hey, man” the medium-tone voice of Gavin was the first to speak up. He held out his hand and said his name.

“My name’s Joel,” he said, smiling and accepting the handshake. Bradley took the opportunity to introduce himself as well. The boys sat back in their cushions.

“I’ve definitely seen you in something before,” Gavin wondered out loud, studying Joel’s face carefully. “Oh! You’re that guy!” he said loudly, “The guy from Super 8!”

Joel blushed. He hoped the other boys wouldn’t notice. “Yeah, that’s me,” he said, embarrassed that he didn’t recognize either of the two from anything.

“And I’ve seen you before… was it on Disney channel?” Gavin asked Bradley.

The actor blushed for a different reason. “Yeah,” he answered, “Sonny with a Chance”.

“Cool,” Gavin said as he slumped back into his chair. All the boys were run down from traveling, so naturally, after introductions, they drove for several minutes in silence. Joel began to tinker around on his phone. Gavin stared out of the window. Bradley tried as hard as he could not to puke. After ten minutes of silence, it was broken by Gavin.

“So, Backteach Bay? It’s pretty awesome right?” Gavin said to no one in particular.

Joel gazed out the window at the view of the ocean. “It’s beautiful,” he said, wide eyed. The water was bluer than on any beach he’d seen before.

“I’ve heard that because no one lives here, the night sky is super bright, because there’s no air or light pollution, you know?” Gavin said as he also stared out the window.

“That’s pretty sweet,” said Bradley. He was starting to feel a little better. These guys seem nice, he thought.

“How much longer?” Gavin called up to the driver. All three actors looked up front as he waited for a response. Looking past the slightly tinted flap, they noticed there were in fact two men, a driver and the man who took their bags. It was hard to tell from behind, but it looked like they were dressed identically. Neither man responded.

Gavin leaned in and gestured for the other boys to come closer. He spoke in a low voice. “I don’t know if this is regular for Hollywood, but all of this secrecy is giving me a bad vibe,” he whispered.

“If something seems wrong, I’m on the first ferry off this island,” said Joel. The other two nodded in agreement. “I heard that this director got banned from directing in the states for some reason. I don’t know why, but maybe that’s the reason he wants us to film on this uninhabited island.”

Bradley spoke up, “I mean, maybe we should give this guy a chance. I don’t care if he’s a total nut. If the movie’s good, then I’m good.” The other two raised their eyebrows. “I’m just sayin’, maybe he’s not so bad,” Bradley defended himself.

“Alright, I can give him a chance,” Gavin said. The car began to slow down. “It looks like we’re here,” he announced. For the first time, the boys saw the place they would be staying. Backteach Bay had some tourist locations, but it appeared as though the director had booked this remote part of the island for the next week. And by remote, he meant uninhabited. And by uninhabited he meant tents.

Bradley and Joel grimaced, while Gavin’s lips curled into a smile. “This is gonna be fun!” he raised his voice as he jumped out of the Jeep. Joel just shook his head. Bradley was silently upset.

A woman was standing underneath a giant palm tree in front of the three tents with a friendly smile. “Hello!” she said eagerly, “You must be Joel, Gavin, and Bradley. Welcome to Backteach Bay and welcome to La Portchesca! You must be so excited to be done traveling. We would like to thank you for coming such a long way.” Joel wondered if she’d learned how to talk by watching paid programming.

“It wasn’t too bad of a journey,” said Gavin, speaking for the group.

“Are you this mysterious director we’ve heard so little about?” asked Joel.

“Oh heavens, no! The director’s name is Mr. Hammond. He is very eager to meet you boys but sadly he could not be here to greet you. He is at the filming site, not too far from here, putting some finishing touches on the camera placements. He is very particular about certain things, as you will come to find out. After you put your bags down and get settled in, we can go to see him,” she began to walk away. The boys nodded and started to grab their things from the Jeep as the two men in suits stood side-by-side in silence. Joel thought it was all very strange, how the director didn’t greet them right away, the drivers looked like evil henchmen, their guide seemed like a robot. He tried to shrug it off as he lifted his bag out of the Jeep.

Running past the other two boys, Gavin claimed the closest tent, shouting, “I call dibs!” Joel smiled and shook his head.

Bradley followed suit and speed-walked up to the second closest tent. “Uh… claimed. Sorry, dude,” he said to Joel.

“No problem,” he replied. Even though their age difference was only a few years, sometimes it showed. Joel was perfectly content with the farthest tent. After the boys had put their bags down and unpacked a little, they met outside in the clearing and waited for their guide to return. They weren't waiting long. Sure enough, the woman came back, holding a small bag.

“Before we go, it's studio policy that we confiscate all cameras, laptops, and cellular devices before we get to the filming site,” the boys frowned. She continued, “I'm sorry, guys, we just don't want the director’s secrets to get leaked online.” Begrudgingly, Joel, Gavin, and Bradley parted with their smartphones. The woman sealed them in the bag and handed them to one of the large men. She started to walk to wards the Jeep, beckoning for the young actors to follow her. They did, piling into the Jeep like sardines once again.

To the boys, the drive didn’t seem quite as long as the drive to camp. Bradley was stuck in the middle seat and unfortunately could not look out the window as they drove. Without phones, Joel and Gavin entertained themselves by looking out their respective windows, but there wasn’t much to see. In fact, the two boys didn’t see a single person throughout the entire duration of the drive. Only long stretches of forest with commercial-like breaks of sand.

After maybe ten minutes, the forest broke completely and revealed something fascinating. Cameras surrounded a massive sandy beach. There were tons of people everywhere, walking on the beach, in and around big tents, checking cameras, or sitting in chairs. It seemed like everyone was doing their best not to notice the Jeep pulling up. “Here we aaaare!” the woman called out, announcing the obvious. The actors jumped out of the vehicle and noticed an older gentleman approaching. “Here he comes now!” said their guide, practically shouting. The boys stood close together, eager and apprehensive about meeting their new director.

“Hello! Joel, Bradley, and Gavin, right?” the man asked, pausing. “Well, I would sure hope so!” he laughed a great deal. The young actors chuckled along politely. “I’m Mr. Hammond, but you can call me Adam, if you want.” he said, shaking hands with each of them. Adam Hammond was a wiry man with thin, wire frame glasses and a wired personality. He wasn’t notably tall or small, but his stance made him seem as if he loomed overhead. He cleared his throat as someone might do before they say something important, “I’m sure you must have many questions, so I’ll try to answer some of them. What we’re doing here is a short film experiment. Shooting will only take a week, and in that time we will be working very hard. There is no script; I imagine everything will be improv-based. You’ll see why in a moment. Although, you should know,” he lowered his voice, “This short film revolves around the use of a chemical compound my research team has discovered.”

“A chemical compound?” Joel scoffed. Bradley and Gavin were still wide-eyed. “You’re going to have to be more specific than that,” he demanded.

“I invest in a research company called Biology-Seven, and I’ve finally got my hands on their newest discovery. It’s truly remarkable,” he said, grinning involuntarily. The boys were still confused, only a little more intrigued. Something caught Mr. Hammond’s attention from the corner of his eye. “Oh,” he said, “Look! See it for yourself.”

The young actors looked past the director to where he was pointing. Emerging from the line of palm trees, covered in different testing equipment was a giant-sized man. Bradley’s mouth flew open. All three boys were speechless. It was hard to tell, but Gavin thought he only came up to the giant’s massive ankle bone. The giant took two big steps across the beach, his feet sinking quite far into the sand. He did some stretches while an attendant took medical measurements. The four of them could clearly hear the giant speaking even though he was nearly a quarter mile away. His voice was booming across Backteach Bay. “No special effects needed,” Mr. Hammond chuckled.

“Where do I sign up?” Gavin said with a great, big smile.

“I believe you already have,” answered the director, “Follow me and we can get started.”

As they walked, Gavin pursued the director closely behind, peppering him with questions. Behind him was Bradley whose heart was beating out of his chest. Joel crossed his arms as he walked.

“The effect only lasts for an hour at most. It really depends on your age and body type,” Mr. Hammond explained as they arrived at a big, white tent. “It’s completely safe. We’ve performed numerous test on other subjects, and the only issue we’ve come across is clothes.”

“I want to go FIRST,” Gavin shouted before Mr. Hammond could continue.

“Alright! Alright! Hold your horses. As I was saying, clothes are a bit of an issue because they will not grow along with your body,” the director reached into a bin underneath one of the tables along the wall, “You’ll either have to be a naked giant or wear this special fabric we developed that will grow with you.” Mr. Hammond tossed the garment towards Gavin.

Gavin examined the material. He thought it looked and felt exactly like spandex that he used to wear underneath his shorts during his soccer games in middle school. “It looks like stretchy underwear,” he said flatly.

Mr. Hammond shrugged. “It’s the best we could do. There’s a little changing area over there,” he said as he pointed to the corner of the tent. Gavin rushed over, quickly stripped, and slid into the black spandex. The material felt cold against his warm thighs but the young actor was undeterred. He burst out of the tent, shamelessly wearing nothing but spandex.

Addressing all three boys, the director said, “I think for now it would be best to go one at a time. There are many scenes we can film with only one giant. Why don’t you two go have a seat behind the cameras over there?” Bradley and Joel nodded and walked over to the foldable chairs in the corner.

“If he spontaneously combusts, I’m outta here,” Joel whispered. Bradley let out a quick, awkward laugh, knowing that anything could happen next. They weren’t sure what to expect. They sat down and watched Gavin, barely clad and standing in the middle of a clearing. The director pulled out a megaphone. His distorted voice told everyone around to clear the area, while he himself walked away from Gavin and took a seat next to a big camera. A man in a white suit and mask approached the boy with a suitcase. Gavin shied away coyly like a puppy. The masked man cleaned Gavin’s arm with a cotton swab and pulled out a syringe filled with a clear, gold-colored liquid. Nervously, the young actor held up his arm. He winced as the man stuck the syringe in. After emptying its contents,  the man quickly pulled it out, put the syringe away, and ran back to the covered tent.

Gavin didn’t feel anything at first. The first thing he noticed was how itchy his skin was becoming. He reached down to itch his legs and he thought his calves seemed bigger than usual. He squeezed the muscles in his hands. They were definitely growing. That was fast, he thought. Not only his legs, but his feet, too. His toes sunk a little bit farther in the sand than before. His skin still felt itchy. A heat wave coursed through the entire boy’s body. He started to scratch at his skin, feeling how big his head and chest were getting. He didn’t even notice how tall he was getting until he looked at the white tent down below him. The camera panned upward to catch the full transformation on film.
“Wow… Holy shit!” Bradley said. Joel was utterly speechless as he watched Gavin’s chest surging into the air and his feet expanding on the sand. The growing boy was holding his chest, itching his abdomen, and smiling like a madman. Bradley was impressed in the clothing Mr. Hammond had given Gavin. It was a little revealing in the back and in the crotch, but it didn’t rip or tear on the giant boy’s thighs.

After a certain point, nearly 400 feet into the air, or perhaps even more, the boy’s growing reached a critical mass. Gavin’s body stopped ascending, and he wobbled a bit, feeling light-headed.

Mr. Hammond went on the megaphone. “Gavin, how are you feeling?” he shouted up to the giant. The giant didn’t acknowledge his speaking, so the director tried again. “Gavin… GAVIN!”

The giant boy raised an eyebrow. “Huh?” he groaned, squinting down at Mr. Hammond and the crew. Gavin bent his knees and slouched down, putting his building-sized face in front of the man. “I’m feeling A-OK,” he said, slurring his words. When he spoke, the giant unintentionally blew a hot gust of air from his mouth right into the director’s face. The man’s hat was blown clean off his head. “Oh! I’m sorry,” he stuck out his bus-sized hand to try to pick up the hat.

“It’s alright,” the director said, picking up his own hat. He began to explain the scene to the actor, “So, Gavin, once you’ve had time to recover, we can start doing the scene. You’re a giant who just washed up on the beach, and some people from the local town are giving you a bath. Alls you need to do lie down on your back on the beach while some extras wash your skin with soap and water.” The giant nodded in compliance. “Don’t freak out; there will be people crawling all over you. Try your best not to crush any of them. Don’t forget how huge you are.”

Gavin smiled. “Alright, I think I’m ready,” his voice boomed over the bay. The giant boy lied down. When his huge shoulders fell into the sand, it felt like a mini earthquake to the normal-sized people surrounding him. From this prone position, it became obvious to the other two that Gavin was in the best shape out of all of them. His washboard abs and his massive pectoral muscles protruded from his super sized chest while he flexed and readjusted his position on his back.

The giant’s face lit up as he felt water spraying on his chest. He looked and saw a group of tiny people standing around a hose attached to a water tank. The water felt warm and relaxing as it trickled across Gavin’s chest. The tiny person spraying attempted to cover every part of the giant’s body with water, as if they were washing a car. The giant flexed his hands as the hose covered them with water. As the hose worked its way up the giant’s chest, his skin began to glow in the sunlight.

Gavin spat water out of his mouth as the hose blanketed his face with warm water. He laughed out loud. It tickled his skin as he felt little people start to climb up to his belly, grabbing and tugging at his skin to get up to his abs. Once the extras climbed up, they got to work, pulling out brushes and soap. The men, women, girls, and boys were on their hands and knees rubbing the giant actor’s flesh with soap.

The tiny people were everywhere. Gavin thought it felt claustrophobic and pleasing all at the same time. He wiggled his toes as he felt people scrubbing the wet skin on his feet. With their sponges they stuck their hands into the crevasses between his toes. Some daring people were dangling off the edge of his feet, cleaning the dirty and sandy underside.

It tickled the most when the extras started to climb up his neck, using his Adam’s apple as a stepping stone. They feel just like bugs, but I can’t squash them… Gavin thought. He closed his eyes and rested his head down on the sand.

The washers tugged on his chin as they reached the surface of Gavin’s face. He tried his best not the make and facial expressions but as the tiny people started scrubbing his cheekbones and his lips, the giant boy couldn’t help but shift around. He felt a tiny tickle moving inside on his nose, like a mayfly. Gavin’s eyes shot open when he realized that someone must’ve been cleaning his nose out when he breathed in and sucked him or her inside. He immediately exhaled, sending the tiny man flying out of the giant’s nose and into his bouncy lips. Gavin smiled at the thought of what an ordeal his normal breathing just caused.

In the middle of tongue he felt a similar disturbance. He realized his toothy smile must've caused one of the lip cleaners to fall onto his tongue. The giant shook the cleaners off of his hand and brought it up to his mouth. The other tiny people were looking at his lips with a terrified expression. He stuck his hand into his mouth and withdrew a tiny saliva-covered person looking absolutely terrified. Okay, so no more smiling, Gavin thought.

The director checked his watch. “This is amazing…” said Mr. Hammond under his breath. Pulling up the megaphone he yelled, “CUT!” Gavin felt the tiny cleaners jumping off of him from all sides, sliding down his feet, climbing down his hair, sliding off of his belly, all landing in the sand and returning to their tents. Once he felt the last person slide off and all the tingles had subsided, he stretched and fidgeted, able to move his giant muscles once again.

It felt like the shrinking effect occurred faster than the growth. As soon as Gavin felt the world started to get bigger, he was suddenly shooting down towards the ground. The boy barely had time to react as his giant body collapsed in on itself. He yelped in pain as the sand started to burn his back as it shrank. In no time at all, the actor was once again normal sized, laying down in a giant-shaped crater in the sand.

He flung his hands up into the air, screaming, “Wooooo! THAT was awesome!” Mr. Hammond as his associates chuckled at the young actor’s enthusiasm as they began to walk over to him. Joel and Bradley followed not far behind.

Gavin was standing up when they reached him. “So, how was it?” the director asked.

“Amazing. Ten out of ten would get big again,” said Gavin with a toothy smile. “How was I? Too nice, too evil? Did you see when I almost ate that guy?”

“I certainly did,” said Mr. Hammond. “Alright, we have enough time for one of you two to do a scene. Who wants to go?” he asked Joel and Bradley. Joel was silent.

All eyes shifted to the uncomfortable expression on Bradley’s face. “Me? I don't know, I’m just not sure if it would hurt, or if I’d be good enough…” he trailed off.

Gavin put a firm hand on Bradley shoulder. “It doesn’t hurt. It feels amazing! You’ll be great, I guarantee it,” Gavin urged the shy actor.

After a little more nudging, Joel and Gavin stood outside of the danger zone while Bradley stood on shaky legs in the middle of the sand wearing nothing but spandex. The young actor felt so uncomfortable being in the middle of the cameras in his undies. The awkwardness increased as the lone scientist administered the vial of growth serum into Bradley’s arm.

Unlike Gavin’s transformation, Bradley felt tingles in his skin almost immediately. Goosebumps rippled down his back. “Woah…” he whispered under his breath as he looked at his hands. They were bigger than before. Before he could react, he began to rise into the air as though he was being lifted, when the young actor was in fact towering over the beach below him. In his giant body, Bradley felt so insecure. He rubbed a hand over his smooth  chest and felt inadequate compared to Gavin’s six pack. He pulled at his face as he looked around. Is this real? Is this really real? By accident, he stumbled and his foot crashed down right next to some of the crew members. There was lots of yelling and screaming. “Sorry, sorry!” the giant apologized as he lifted his massive toes off of the ground.

A voice called up to him from down below. “Okay, Bradley, in this scene, I want you to be real mean, okay? A bunch of extras are going to be running away from you while you chase them. I want you to grab one of them, play around with them, and then put the tiny person in your mouth and pretend to eat them,” the director instructed.

Bradley’s face turned visibly red. He felt a ton of butterflies in his stomach. “What?” he said, “You want me to fake eating somebody?”

“Yes. Make a big deal out of it. I want you to play with your food,” the director shouted.

Bradley blinked and shrugged his huge shoulders. “Well, alright, I’ll try it,” he said softly. The giant boy firmly planted his feet as a horde of tiny people gathered around him. He was careful not to stomp on any of them, even though one small move on his part could kill them. They were all in costume, wearing ripped, sun-faded clothing, standing around waiting for the director’s word, wondering which one of them would get picked. A strange feeling of power came over the giant actor. He shook it off and got ready for his scene.

“Is everyone ready?” Mr. Hammonds projected voice silenced the talkative crowd of tiny people. “Okay,” he said, “ACTION!”

In an instant, the tiny people scattered, running away from Bradley’s massive feet. The crowd was screaming, but it sounded so quiet to the giant’s ears. He was looking down intently when he raised one foot up and brought it down, creating a huge boom. Bradley grinned. He brought his other foot up and slammed it down. It was so easy for the boy to keep up with the crowd and so hard for them to get away from him.

Just as the giant boy was contemplating which person to pluck out of the crowd for his “meal”, a man got tripped up in a small group of stragglers and fell on his face. He pulled himself out of the sand just in time to see that the others had left him behind and the giant Bradley was looming directly overhead. The young actor smiled boyishly as he brought his massive hand down to the screaming person. Between his thumb and his index finger he grasped the shirt of the man and raised him up high into the air. The extra was flailing his arms and yelling at the top of his lungs for Bradley to stop, but the giant boy knew he was just acting.

The giant spent a moment examining the tiny man, comically raising his eyebrows and smelling him. “No no PLEASE!” the tiny man yelped.

But Bradley wasn’t buying it. “Hmmmm…” the giant hummed a little bit before opening his gigantic mouth with a great big “...Ahhhh”. The boy licked the man from his feet to his head. “Mmmmm,” he said, feigning pleasure. One camera from a large palm tree was capturing the whole ordeal on tape. It zoomed in close to catch the mawshot from just the right angle.

Bradley put him in his mouth. The screaming was dampened by his chubby cheeks; he could barely hear it. He pretended to chew but really he was just chomping on nothing. The giant boy closed his eyes and tilted his head back before bringing his head back. He looked around, waiting for Mr. Hammond to say he could spit him out, but his voice never came.

After an extended period of silence, Mr. Hammond called up to him with his megaphone. “Can you try that again with a few changes?” He was about to say ‘sure’ when he realized the tiny man was still inside his mouth. He quickly opened up and deposited the man in his open palm.

“I just think you need to swallow. Not like fake swallow, like what you just did, like tilting you head back. I mean like a real swallow. Just keep the guy on your tongue and swallow some saliva,” Mr. Hammond demanded. Bradley nodded even though he wasn’t sure he understood. “Also,” the director cleared his throat, “Can you make it more of a big deal? Can you play with your food a little bit more? I want this guy to be terrified.”

The tiny man was trying to say something, but it was too quiet for Bradley to hear. “Okay,” the giant actor said, “I’ll do it better this time.”

He put the man down on the ground. The tiny person lay flat on his back once again. Once Mr. Hammond yelled action for a second time, the giant boy reached down and plucked the man off of the sand, licking his lips and staring intently at him. Once he brought the tiny man up to his face, he not only smelled him and tasted him, but he took both of his hands and started rubbing the man’s body, fully inspecting his meal.

A lightbulb went off in Bradley’s head. He took the man and pushed him up against his belly, obviously signifying where the man was headed next. The man only screamed louder as the giant hand held him up against the giant’s tummy.

Finished playing, Bradley grinned and brought the tiny man up above his mouth, suspending him up above his opening lips. He stuck out his tongue and dropped the man inside. The giant boy shut his mouth, instantly swirling the man around in his mouth for real. Bradley’s hairless chin bobbed and swayed as the man was coated in a thick layer of saliva. What came next was the hard part.

Fake swallow, but for real? What does he mean… the giant actor  felt like their size difference was almost too much. The tiny man felt a little bit smaller than the average pill, and the squirming man was quickly lost in his mouth. The boy thought he felt a weight pressing on his tongue. As he swirled around and gained more saliva, he thought and thought about how to make the swallow look real for the camera.

Bradley felt a tickle in the back of his throat. He tried to feel around for the man, but it became difficult.

GLUCK.

His Adam’s apple certainly protruded. The giant boy’s swallow looked completely real. But he felt around in his mouth and the tiny man was no longer on his tongue. The screaming was still audible, only getting quieter every second. Bradley gasped once he realized what he’d done.
To be continued... Had a lot of fun with this one! Many more adventures to come between these three young actors. This is part of a commission.
